Admission is free! The museum is open 7 days a week from 11:00am – 4:00pm except on all major holidays. The galleries are closed during exhibit installation.
Location and Parking
Our main entrance is located at 102 South 10th Street, Lafayette, IN 47905. You can reach 10th Street via South Street or Kossuth Street.
It’s free to park in our lot on 10th Street. Additional street parking is available on 10th and 9th Streets.
We also have ADA-accessible parking on 9th Street.

Docent Tours
The Art Museum of Greater Lafayette invites you to discover its galleries year-round! We welcome the opportunity to plan a tour, especially for your group, including school classes, scout troops, senior citizen groups, community organizations, and businesses. Pre-arranged tours can be tailored to a specific area of interest or include hands-on activities in the studio classrooms. Inquire about a docent tour for your group today!

Food and drink are allowed on the first floor and in the gift shop. No food or drink is allowed in the upstairs galleries.

Backpacks, bags larger than backpacks, and all umbrellas must be checked. The museum and its staff are not liable for checked bags. No luggage is permitted. All bags are subject to inspection.
Only small, collapsible umbrella-style strollers can be accommodated in the galleries and museum shop.

Photography is allowed in the museum EXCEPT when posted otherwise. Flash photography is not permitted. In addition, photography, including professional portraits or posed photos for proms, graduations, engagements, or weddings, is not allowed inside the museum.
Personal photos and video recordings are generally permitted in galleries and museum events.
Photography and video recording may be restricted near some works of art on a temporary loan or during some lectures and performances. These restrictions will be indicated, but please ask a member of the museum staff if you are unsure.

Featuring current and previous museum exhibition artists, the shop way to take home a piece of the museum's culture and history!
